[sigcomm] MobiArch'06 program

Dear colleagues,

If you are attending GLOBECOM'06 at San Francisco or visiting nearby, 
please kindly consider joining the MobiArch'06 workshop on Friday. The 
highlights of this workshop include two keynote addresses given by 
Charles Perkins and Henning Schulzrinne, as well as one panel session, 
and 4 technical sessions consisting of 11 peer-reviewed papers selected 
from 33 submissions, covering various issues on Mobility in the Evolving
Internet Architecture: mobility optimizations, higher layer issues,
architectural issues in addition to security and privacy.
