[sigcomm] SIGCOMM community projects

Dear SIGCOMM members,

The SIGCOMM EC has decided last year to allocate some funding to
financially support projects that are of broad interest for the
community. A call was published in the January issue of CCR. The
deadline for applications is April 20.
