On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to invite
you to attend the 2011 Internet Measurement Conference IMC'11, to be held
in Berlin, Germany during November 2-4, 2011. What started out some 10
years ago as a small workshop has quickly become the premier venue for the
dissemination of measurement-driven networking research and main forum for
fostering scientific and technological exchanges between researchers
worldwide interested in contributing to our understanding of all aspects
of the Internet through the collection, analysis, or visualization of all
types of network-related measurements.
Organized as a single-track event, IMC'11 spans three full days, and the
program includes 42 papers on a range of topics including privacy and
trust, Internet outages, social media, the Web, IPTV systems, misbehaving
users, security, wireless networks, and CDNs. As an IMC-first, this year's
program also includes a 1-hour "News and Community Feedback Session"
consisting of short presentations or announcements on topics that are
relevant to the larger IMC community.
Travel and registration information, as well as information on the
technical program and about contributing to the "News and Community
Feedback Session" is available at
http://conferences.sigcomm.org/imc/2011
We are looking forward to welcoming you to Berlin to engage in lively
discussions with colleagues from around the world about the latest
achievements of our community.
