[sigcomm] NetFPGA Sigcomm Introductory Tutorial August 19, 2011

A point of clarity; 

a) SIGCOMM, the conference, support the co-location of things; there is no official tutorial programme this year at ACM sigcomm 2012. This years NetFPGA tutorial is such a collocated event.

b) this event is NOT supported by ACM SIGCOMM the sig in any manner at all.
