I found out by accident that the ACM Digital Library is missing some  
old issues of CCR:

If you happen to have one of those issues, please contact the Digital  
Library Production Manager, Craig Rodkin <rodkin at hq.acm.org> . They'll  
pay shipping, if necessary, and will return the materials to you after  
scanning, if desired.
