Umm, only in an IPv4-like-model where there's a conflation between the
concept of 'routing table entry' and 'destination' is anycast a location.
But see my next point...

To me, this is a different, higher-level semantic concept. A group doesn't
have a 'location', its (only?) attribute is 'list of members', and each
element in *that* set has the property 'location'.

But is this viable? Can you fully introduce richer semantics into the network
if the only interface to them is the unmodified old one?
