The first statement is correct.

For the second, if "most people" means "most posts", Perry is correct. 
If it means "most people who have contacted me on the list or 
privately", it is incorrect.

However, since it ought to mean it "most people on the list", and since 
the list is not configured by vote, this is, as per the third statement, 
not relevant.
