[tg] Regarding the many to one traffic flow

Hi, 

The on-wire format of the packets are as follows: 

UDP:
  IP HDR : UDP HDR : SEQ NO : DATA 

TCP: 
  IP HDR : TCP HDR : DATA 

tg is like any other application on top of sockets. While sending
packets over UDP, tg adds a sequence number (4 bytes wide) to detect
losses.
