[tg] Regrd. Distributions

Hi,

I believe this has been discussed on the tg
mailing list and it should be in the archive.
Briefly, tg acts as a user process.  It cannot
guarantee what the net will do nor what a 
particular implementation of the TCP/IP stack
will do in the end host.
