[sigcomm] CoNext short paper deadline ADVANCED to June 14th

As previously announced, the 9th edition of the ACM CoNext conference 
includes an explicit call for 6-page short papers, in addition to the normal 
12 page full length papers. This email is to announce that the paper 
submission deadline for the short papers has been ADVANCED to June 14th, to 
coincide with the full paper submission deadline.

The CoNext Organization Committee sincerely regrets any inconvenience this 
may cause to authors. However, this was necessitated by the need to avoid 
conflicts in submission dates with  HotNets, an ACM Sigcomm sponsored 
workshop.

Regardless of these teething problems, the Organization Committee believes 
the short paper track will greatly add to the vibrancy of ACM CoNext as it 
seeks to serve the needs of the research community. For more information, and
