[sigcomm] Request for feedback

The SIGCOMM EC would like to get feedback on various topics of interest
to the SIGCOMM community.  To that end we are launching the SIGCOMM blog
at 

blog.sigcomm.org.   

The first two discussion topics are issues that were raised during the
SIGCOMM business meeting in Seattle:  openness of the SIGCOMM
conference, and fairness of SIGCOMM conference reviewing.  As time goes
on we'll post additional topics for discussion.

Please visit the blog and contribute your thoughts to the discussions
there.  Your feedback will be very  helpful to the SIGCOMM EC, and will
be much appreciated.
