[rbridge] Confirm adoption as WG documents for OAM set

At the meeting in Prague there was consensus to adopt the following OAM 
documents as WG documents:
  - draft-eastlake-trill-rbridge-channel-00.txt
  - draft-bond-trill-rbridge-oam-01.txt
  - draft-manral-trill-bfd-encaps-01.txt

and as part of that adoption rename “OAM Channel” to “RBridge Channel”.

Is anybody on the list opposed to that?
