[rbridge] TRILL Test Suite and Test Event

Hello Everyone,
At the UNH InterOperability Laboratory we have a draft interoperability test
suite that we are interested in receiving feedback on. The document can be

In addition, the IOL is available to host a plugfest for TRILL.  If anyone
