[rbridge] Rbridge/TRILL Related Terminology

Hi,

The terminology used in the different TRILL working group drafts has
been inconsistent. As a step towards fixing this, the listed authors of
the working group drafts have come up with proposed common terminology.
This is now available at
<http://www.postel.org/rbridge/terminology.html>.
