Peter,
I can certainly add this as a separate subsection under
section 3. In my own mind (wherever I misplaced it), I do not
think there is a clear distinction between per-ingress and the
combination of per-ingress and per-VLAN, but not everybody is
going to think of VLAN IDs as part of a logical interface ID.

This draft borrows heavily from the earlier draft-perlman-rbridge-03.txt
and is very preliminary. I am looking for input for the various
sections
- particularly those that currently only contain "TBD" :-)
This was one of the drafts that the working group felt would be required
at the last meeting.
