<p>"We regard tcpanaly's development as not fully satisfying because of our inability to write the tool in terms of one-pass analysis of generic</p>
<p>TCP actions, but the triple impediments of packet filter errors,vantage point ambiguities, and wide behavioral variation across different</p>
